Style the Great Room for your event
Our Great Room is the event rental space equivalent of the classic mullet... Business in the front, party in the back! During business hours you can host your corporate retreat, business seminar, trainings, etc. After hours & weekends, the space can be transformed to host a variety or events. Think swanky cocktail parties, bridal or baby showers, engagements, anniversaries, or birthdays. Private chefs can also rent the space to host a cooking class or pop up restaurant!
All you have to do is choose how you want the room styled for your party and we will take it from there with set up!
Great Room Layout
Up to 18 trapezoid tables are available that can be configured in a number of different ways, or removed altogether. We also provide up to 30 chairs as well as 5 barstools.

Seat up to 30 people for your business meeting. Utilize the large island to have some delicious goodies & all the coffee to keep your team fueled up!

These large hexagons can seat 6 or 12 each for a max capacity of 24 minds collaborating!

Cocktail Tables
Up to five 32” round cocktail tables with black table cloths are available. You can incorporate them into any other room design as you see fit!
Dinner Party for 24
Hosting a smaller dinner party? You can seat 8 per table in this arrangement and fit up to 3 groups to accommodate up to 24 guests. You can seat 5 more at the bar if needed!
Dinner Party for 30
Choose this set up for hosting the ultimate dinner party. Up to 3 table groups that seat 10 will comfortably fit in the space to accommodate a max of 30 people, or 35 if you utilize the bar seating.
Cocktail Party
Ditch the chairs & tables (or keep a few) to dance the night away at your unforgettable cocktail party with 50 of your closest friends!
Bridal/Baby Shower
Perfect for honoring a bride or momma to be. There’s a gift table where the guest of honor can be the center of attention while they are showered with love from friends & family plus a few tables set up for chit chatting. Utilize the large kitchen space and barstools to create capacity for up to 35 people.
Celebration
Whether you are celebrating a graduation or a life well-lived, you can arrange the tables and chairs in a way that allows loved ones to gather together. You can sprinkle in some chairs for those who’d rather sit. Share a slideshow of memories on the large TV & utilize the ledge for framed photos, diplomas, and more.

Sit/Stand Combo
Choose this set up for hosting the ultimate party with options for seating plus mingling! Seat about 21 if utilizing the barstools. You can comfortably fit about 30-40 standing.

Flip the hexagons for a perfect small party set up. The space will comfortably accommodate up to 7 table sets for 28 guests (plus 5 more if you utilize the bar seating).
